On-Premise Specialists (Salsa Slingers) - Various Locations

Reporting to the Head of Brand Dev + CEO, you will represent DATG as a non-traditional sales rep.  As a Salsa Slinger, your main priority is to open and develop accounts across all the segments of On Premise. You will increase sales and awareness by; improving product availability in accounts, implementing tastings and activating brand marketing assets. You'll need passion and enthusiasm for the On Premise environment, and if you love creating relationships and building your network, this is the role for you!



☁️ Establish and nurture relationships with influencers and partners, spreading affinity and enthusiasm for DATG

☁️ Build your personal reputation within the local scene based on your knowledge of the industry and latest trends

☁️ Take full responsibility for the On-Premise sales and marketing activities in your market

☁️ Know your market like the back of your hand, keep an eye on the latest trends, and maintain a look-out for new opportunities

☁️ Establish ingenious strategies and creative tools to present the perfect pitch for DATG

☁️ As a trusted partner, strengthen and nurture our long-term relationships with established customers, and create new alliances with influencers, buyers and industry experts

☁️ Make every appointment with your customers the highlight of their day. They look forward to benefitting from your insightful thoughts, astute observations, and strategic considerations

☁️ Negotiate mutually beneficial partnership agreements to build long-term relationships

☁️ Think creatively through your marketing plans, coming up with new ways to keep DATG number one in the on-premise channel 



☁️ Established contacts within the industry, or you can make them quickly and smoothly

☁️ Experience in the beverage/beer industry, gastronomy, hospitality and catering, marketing, or sales

☁️ You will work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays, and excel with autonomy

☁️ You have understanding of sales processes, lean on data and insights, and draw the right conclusions to develop activations offering value for both DATG and the customer

☁️ Must be at least 21 years of age to satisfy the responsibilities of this job

☁️ Bachelor's Degree preferred

☁️ Fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage

☁️ Must be up to speed on email, spreadsheets, tech savvy and have your own computer and phone

☁️ A full clean driver’s license, registration and insurance preferred

☁️ This role is physical, need to be able to move/carry product

☁️ Quick, clear and concise communication

☁️ Happy to travel when required and ability to work flexible hours when needed
